No, there are no fixed costs. Only a transactional Partner Service Success Fee of 10% of the overnight costs is applied for Partners who provide this service. In addition, if you wish you can join our subscription plan to zero out this fee and access additional features.
The record of your location or service is not public, the information you enter will only be visible to our verified coporate clients at the time your location/service meets the criteria entered by the client.
On the platform you will find the policies we recommend as best practices. You can still customize them at your discretion in the knowledge that customers tend to choose the most flexible solutions.
Payment policies vary depending on a number of parameters related to the timing of booking and the total amount and will all be specified in the platform during the sales process. However, a valid rule in many cases is the three tranches structured as follows:
1st tranche (deposit): 30% of total, 7 days from confirmation;
2nd tranche: 40% of total, 7 days pre-event
3rd tranche 30% of total + extra, 30 days post-event
For each of these tranches we ask you to handle the relevant billing.
You can nominate your location/service by registering in the platform and creating a form with all the information. Downstream of this step, the SMACE team will verify the eligibility of your location/service and you will be notified with respect to acceptance or rejection upon entering the platform.
